E-Glass Assembled Roving for Thermoplastic Engineering Plastics
These products are treated with reinforcing silane sizing agent, delivering good compatibility with matrix resins including PA, PP, PE, PBT, PC, AS and ABS. Features include excellent abrasion resistance, low fuzzing, outstanding processability and dispersion performance.
Extruding and Injection Molding Process
The roving or chopped strands mixed with thermoplastic resin are extruded at a certain temperature via a screw extruder, pelletized after water-cooling, then the pellets are fed into an injection-molding machine to make the final product.
